1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using mnml.page ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and mnml ("we," "us," or "our").

2. Description of Service

mnml is a website builder that allows you to create, customize, and publish websites hosted on mnml.page subdomains or your own custom domains. We offer a free tier with limited features and a paid Pro subscription with additional capabilities.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.

You are solely responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@mnml.page if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Subscription and Payments

The Pro subscription is billed at $49/year. All payments are processed by Polar.sh, which acts as our Merchant of Record. Polar.sh handles billing, invoicing, sales tax, and refunds on our behalf.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled before the renewal date. You can cancel at any time through your account settings or through Polar.sh. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain Pro access until then.

Refund requests are handled by Polar.sh in accordance with their refund policy. We may issue discretionary refunds at our sole judgment.

5. Your Content

You retain all ownership rights to the content you create and publish through the Service. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to host, store, display, and distribute your content solely for the purpose of operating the Service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights. We reserve the right to remove content that violates these terms.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Host content that is illegal, defamatory, harassing, or infringes on intellectual property rights
• Distribute malware, phishing pages, or spam
• Impersonate another person or entity, or misrepresent your affiliation
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or related systems
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or overload the Service
• Resell or redistribute the Service without our written permission

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules without prior notice.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, logos, and branding, is owned by mnml and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without prior written consent.

8. Availability and Modifications

We strive to keep the Service available and reliable, but we do not guarantee 100% uptime. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features at any time. For material changes that reduce functionality of paid features, we will provide reasonable advance notice.

9. Termination

You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms or for prolonged inactivity (12+ months on the free tier).

Upon termination, your published sites will be taken offline and your data will be deleted within 30 days. If you have an active paid subscription, we will not charge you further after termination, but no partial refund is issued for the current billing period unless required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, mnml shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, or revenue arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by applicable law. Any disputes arising from or relating to the Service shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation. If unresolved within 30 days, disputes may be submitted to binding arbitration or the competent courts.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a notice within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
